Why to invest in a country where its fundamental law, the Constitution of the Republic of Cuba, is disrespected and manipulated by the Castros, at the expense of freedom and democracy for the overwhelming majority of Cubans? The first principle of democracy is the strict enforcement of the laws. The Cuban Constitution states in Article 1.- Cuba is an independent and sovereign socialist state of workers, organized with all and for the good of all as a united and democratic republic, for the enjoyment of political freedom, social justice, individual and collective well-being and human solidarity. However, in real life the Castros have turned the nation into a "Sociolista" state of Castro's elite, without independence and even far less sovereignty, disorganized by all and for the good of their rulers as totalitarian and dictatorial regime for the removal of political freedoms, social justice, individual and collective well-being and human solidarity.      To be continued...
