Let there be light Sixth Part Extraordinary 91

Article 45 of the Constitution of the Republic of Cuba, related below, is fictitious. Any similarity to other democratic and respected in real life Constitutions, is entirely coincidental and unintentional:
Article 45: Work in a socialist society is a right and duty and a source of pride for every citizen.
Work is remunerated according to its quality and quantity; when it is provided, the needs of the economy and of society, the choice of worker and his skills and ability are taken into account; this is guaranteed by the socialist economic system, that facilitates social and economic development, without crises, and has thus eliminated unemployment and the "dead season." Nonpaid, voluntary work carried out for the benefit of all society in industrial, agricultural, technical, artistic and service activities is recognized as playing an important role in the formation of our people’s communist awareness. Every worker has the duty to faithfully carry tasks corresponding to him at his job.
I would say that in practice all Cubans know that work in Cuban socialist society means slavery, and a source of dishonor for every citizen. Work is paid miserably under the evil plans of the Castros; when it is provided, the needs of the economy and the Cuban revolutionary integration is taken into account, and the choice of the worker, his skills and abilities never count; this is guaranteed by the socialist dictatorial and totalitarian system, which has led the economic and social development, to a deep and long-term crisis, and has thus increased unemployment and has given the so-called "dead season" a new connotation for many people, whose lives have been frozen in time, consumed by the Castro failed doctrine. Voluntary work, unpaid, is almost forced, made to compensate for the inefficiency in the industrial, agricultural, technical, artistic and service activities, as distorting the awareness and morality of our people, who in most cases see no other sense than submission, humiliation and slavery. To be continued...
