Let there be light Sixth Part Extraordinary 115

Whereas the first lie promoted and sold by dictator Fidel Castro appears on the very Preamble to the Constitution of the Republic of Cuba which states: WE DECLARE our will that the law of laws of the Republic be guided by the following strong desire of José Martí, at last achieved?; "I want the fundamental law of our republic to be the tribute of Cubans to the full dignity of man"; we have started a petition in the web in order to hold a plebiscite on the annulment of the Irrevocability of Socialism in Cuba, on the basis of the following issues:
1.-This legally underpinned irrevocability indicates precisely our questioning its functional effective support as a socio-political and economic project. Capitalism is not irrevocable, and yet no country would ever return to feudalism.
2.-To gain approval for the irreversibility of socialism, the regime took advantage of the obedience of the Cubans due to confusion, convenience, apathy, commitment, fear, double standards, or corruption; and also pressured by the existence of a single party, total censorship of information contrary to or unwanted by the regime and the totalitarian system of repression and espionage prevailing on the island for half a century, which managed to blackmail an absurd and questionable 98.97% of the votes, amid the precarious situation of the island, a mass exodus, and the constant defection of professionals, athletes, artists and officials from all levels of Castro organizations.
3.-It becomes imperative to cancel out the irreversibility of Socialism, to submit to referendum the internal contradictions of the Cuban Magna Carta, which does not guarantee that the democratic principles thereof met are accomplished and the rights granted in its precepts are effectively guaranteed; such as: the right to free expression, press freedom and freedom of association; and voting rights of Cuban exiles, among the most important.
4.-Based on the provisions of the very Preamble of the Cuban Constitution, which announces: BASING OURSELVES on proletarian internationalism, on the fraternal friendship, aid, cooperation and solidarity of the peoples of the world, especially those of Latin America and the Caribbean; we procure on this request, not just the signatures of all Cuban exiles and from the island, but also from all the friends in the world as well, in order to prevent the regime from retaliating against the signatories, including exile, whom they could deny or encumber their frequent family contacts on the island. We encourage your support by signing this Petition. To be continued ...
