On the day following the police operation, I claimed to the Provincial Office director of Fishing Inspection of Cienfuegos with the hope that the error was rectified; But unfortunately he ratified the measure without any hesitation. Straightaway, lawyer Antonio Gainza, in our legal representation, impugned to the Provincial Attorney's Office of Cienfuegos, and to the General Attorney's Office of the Republic, on January 30th and on July 9th, 1997, respectively, requesting the Reestablishment of the infringed Legality.
