It constitutes a practice widely generalized in Cuba to conceal or to obstruct all report against an Official; and after lawyer Antonio Gainza denounced during 1997 in two occasions the trespassing and the illegal search perpetrated at my home, and having I repeated my denounce in the Municipal Attorney's Office of my locality, on October 22nd, 1997, and again on dates May 4th and July 23rd, 1998, in the Military Prosecutor’s office of Cienfuegos; it was not until February 13th, 1999, two years later, that the start of the file of preparatory phase was communicated to me, and still then they excluded arbitrarily the three inspectors; having another lawyer, Antonio Tiel, to impugn in complaint the aforementioned resolution two days later, and only in that way we got them included.
