Articles 56, 60 and 63, related below, are fictitious. Any similarity to other democratic and respected in real life Constitutions, is entirely coincidental and unintentional:
Article 56: The home is inviolable. Nobody can enter the home of another against his will, except in those cases foreseen by law.
Article 60: Confiscation of property is only applied as a punishment by the authorities in the cases and by the methods determined by law.

On December 16th, 1996, five officials of the Castro regime, trasspassed my home and carried out an illegal search; they found 4 pounds of shrimp in the house refrigerator, which they expropriated giving preference to the Fishing Regulations above the Constitution of the Republic, violating the hierarchy of legal norms in the light of which a regulation can not prevail over a law. Almost immediately, on 01.30.97 I denounced these violations to the Attorney General's Office. Then on the 5.4.99 I accused Captain Orlando Diaz Padron, chief of Cienfuegos Fishing Inspection for defamation; and on 25/08/99 I accused the legal adviser of the minister of Fishing for prevarication. This maded me to accuse two judges of the Municipal and Provincial Court of Cienfuegos for prevarication on 04/24/2000. And afterwards on 25/4/2000, I accused Mayor Luis A. Coca Valdes, military judge, also for prevarication. Thereafter on 08.20.2000, I claimed the State Council for the separation of María del Carmen Romero, head of Civic Rights Protection at the Attorney General's Office of the Republic; and on 30.8.2000 I filed complaint with the Attorney General for obstruction in the Report procedure. Then on 29/08/2000 I sent a 2nd complaint to dictator Fidel Castro; and on 25.09.2000 I brought forth my 4th complaint to tyrant Raul Castro. Subsequently, on 5/11/2000 I formally requested an interview with the Attorney General of the Republic; and finally on 16/11/2001, I accused Juan Escalona, Attorney General of the Republic, for the frequent in Cuba crime of Prevarication; and on 25/03/02 I put a complaint for the usual obstruction of complaint procedure against the Attorney General; and after 6 years of constant Accusations and complaints, on 05.18.2002 the Attorney General's Office, in a total show of arrogance and disrespect for the constitution, laws and human rights, accused me of contempt without taking me declarations, or processing my complaint against the Attorney General.  To be continued...
