dictatorship at its weakest point, its Constitution clumsily abducted to dominate, exploit and oppress the Cuban
people. We have launched a petition on the website, addressed to the
Inter-American and European Courts of Human Rights, in which we denounce the
manipulated approval of Article 137, which declares Socialism in Cuba as
Irreversible; and we appeal to those courts to recognize the strong desires of
all Cubans to annul that article. Meanwhile we are showing the world and the
