Let there be light Sixth Part Extraordinary 91

Article 45 of the Constitution of the Republic of Cuba, related below, is fictitious. Any similarity to other democratic and respected in real life Constitutions, is entirely coincidental and unintentional:
Article 45: Work in a socialist society is a right and duty and a source of pride for every citizen.
Work is remunerated according to its quality and quantity; when it is provided, the needs of the economy and of society, the choice of worker and his skills and ability are taken into account; this is guaranteed by the socialist economic system, that facilitates social and economic development, without crises, and has thus eliminated unemployment and the "dead season." Nonpaid, voluntary work carried out for the benefit of all society in industrial, agricultural, technical, artistic and service activities is recognized as playing an important role in the formation of our people’s communist awareness. Every worker has the duty to faithfully carry tasks corresponding to him at his job.
I would say that in practice all Cubans know that work in Cuban socialist society means slavery, and a source of dishonor for every citizen. Work is paid miserably under the evil plans of the Castros; when it is provided, the needs of the economy and the Cuban revolutionary integration is taken into account, and the choice of the worker, his skills and abilities never count; this is guaranteed by the socialist dictatorial and totalitarian system, which has led the economic and social development, to a deep and long-term crisis, and has thus increased unemployment and has given the so-called "dead season" a new connotation for many people, whose lives have been frozen in time, consumed by the Castro failed doctrine. Voluntary work, unpaid, is almost forced, made to compensate for the inefficiency in the industrial, agricultural, technical, artistic and service activities, as distorting the awareness and morality of our people, who in most cases see no other sense than submission, humiliation and slavery.

Let there be light Sixht Part Extraordinary 89

Finally, it is clarified that the news of the much desired and awaited death of the tyrant Fidel Castro was a misunderstanding. It turned out that his son Tony Castro was driving his dictator father to CIMED hospital for an appointment in his modest HUMMER, when suddenly a pig got in front of the car and was run over. Fidel still arrogantly angry ordered Tony to demand responsibility. Tony got off the car and went to fulfill his mission to the nearest house to the event. But after an hour and a half he returned semi naked, drunk and with a chicken leg in hand back. Fidel demanded an explanation, to which Tony replied, "Dad, when I told them what had happened the mother immediately served me a meal, the father gave me whiskey and the daughter made love to me passionately. I was treated like a king" Fidel, intrigued insisted: "But what did you say?" To which Tony replied: "Well, I just walked in and said: I am Fidel Castro's driver and I just killed the pig!"

Article 26 of the Constitution of the Republic of Cuba, related below, is fictitious. Any similarity to other democratic and respected in real life Constitutions, is entirely coincidental and unintentional:
Article 26: Anybody who suffers damages unjustly caused by a state official or employee while in the performance of his public functions has the right to claim and obtain the corresponding indemnification as prescribed by law.
On December 16th, 1996 five officers of the Castro regime, trespassed my home and committed an illegal search; and although we immediately began a process of claims, accusations, complaints and requests, through countless legal, political and social, actions and negotiations, in an exhausted, humiliating and fruitless period of almost six long years, we could not overcome the state of impunity enjoyed by officials in Cuba, with the complicity and / or consent of the highest circles of government. Such vulgar and rough process, which besides having caused us invaluable economic and psychical damages, became a political problem that forced us to exile, leaving behind dear sons, beloved grandchildren, brothers, nephews and nieces, uncles and aunts, cousins, friends, and the land of our birth, with our customs and idiosyncrasy.

Let there be light Sixth Part Extraordinary 87

The facebook group "One Nation, 169 Towns" came up with the idea of guaranteeing at least, one representative from each municipality of Cuba, and bring the truth to the whole country, with the aspiration to channel the noble part of their double standards, in an effort to promote sooner than later the liberation and democratization, without the Castros, of our enslaved country. I must confess that my goal has not been attained; and I regret that it has not exactly been for the inaccessibility to information of the Cuban people; but by my inability to know how. That is why now I open the group to anyone who can and wants to help me direct my efforts, no matter if he belongs to another group. I long for your determined and important collaboration. Just send me a mesage expressing interest in joining my group and the municipality you represent, and you will be admitted immediately.

Let there be light Sixth Part Extraordinary 85

Articles 24 and 25 of the Constitution of the Republic of Cuba, related below, are fictitious. Any similarity to other democratic and respected in real life Constitutions, is entirely coincidental and unintentional:
Article 24: The state recognizes the right of citizens to inherit legal title to a place of residence and to other personal goods and chattels. The land and other goods linked to production in the small farmers’ property may be inherited by and only be awarded to those heirs who work the land, save exceptions and as prescribed by law. The law prescribes the cases, conditions and ways under which the goods of cooperative ownership may by inherited.
Article 25: The expropriation of property for reasons of public benefit or social interest and with due
compensation is authorized. The law establishes the method for the expropriation and the bases on which the need for and usefulness of this action is to be determined, as well as the form of compensation, taking into account the interest and the economic and social needs of the person whose property has been expropriated.
Cuban emigrants before November 10, 2011, recall with bitterness the fiction of these two items, when the regime appropriated their homes and many of their belongings before they could leave the country. However, thanks to government inefficiency and the corruption, mediating with legal instruments for the growing fraudulent sale, purchase and exchange of homes, circumventing Castros' prohibitions and restrictions, they were forced, after 5 decades, to permit the sale, exchange, donation or allocation of houses; desperately seeking also to win at least something through taxes.

Let there be light Sixth Part Extraordinary 84

Articles 10 and 127 of the Constitution of the Republic of Cuba, related below, are fictitious. Any similarity to other democratic and respected in real life Constitutions, is entirely coincidental and unintentional:
Article 10: All state bodies, their leaders, officials and employees function within the limits of their respective competency and are under the obligation to strictly observe socialist legality and to look after the respect of the same within the context of the whole of society.
Article 127: The Office of the Attorney General of the Republic is the state body which has, as its fundamental objective, jurisdiction over the control and preservation of legality by ensuring that the Constitution, the law and other legal regulations are strictly obeyed by state agencies, economic and social entities and citizens; and representing the state in the promotion and exercise of public legal action. The law determines the other objectives and functions as well as the form, duration and occasion in which the Office of the Attorney General exercises its power.
Following my home tresspassing and its illegal search on December 16th, 1996 by five Officials of Castro regime, and in occasion of the complicity of the prosecution with that event, lawyer Antonio Gainza, in our legal representation, appealed to the Attorney General of the Republic on July 9th, 1997, in the following terms: “It is really worrisome that in front of the reclamation of the civic rights and the flagrant violation of the same that was denounced besides in the only organ that exists in our country to safeguard the reestablishment of legality, we observe how first they violate the terms established to give answer and next they try to establish as correct (by means of extensive and not foreseen methods of interpretation in the law) the illegal and incorrect acting of the inspectors of fishing whose analysis does not resist the most minimal interrogation either of fact or right ”. But this does not work with fictitious Constitutions. In Cuba there is the same judicial procedure as anywhere in the world, although the sequence is not the same: there they first dictate sentence and afterwards the trial is held. What a country to INVEST capital! To be continued...
